Doing certain wrong exercises: A common myth among most of the people is that just doing of hundreds of crunches can bring six pack abs to your body but the actual truth is that just crunches are not quite enough for it. As by doing crunches though you will be able to get a beautiful looking well toned body but it will not be visible until you remove that layer of extra fats from your body and just doing crunches will not be enough to burn extra fat.

Crash dieting: Many people in order to get best results starve themselves to get those temporary results. it is called temporary because it is almost impossible to stick to that type of diet for certain meaningful amount of time as in other sense it means that we are depriving our body with certain amount of essential nutrients and hence it can be continued for long as our body needs them too.
